How long does it take to ship my order?

The shipping estimate is written in every product description. if you are still not sure you will receive your order on time please feel free to contact us, and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled and fully refunded before we start drawing your sketch (48 hours). That said, your satisfaction is still our NUMBER ONE priority, if you feel unsatisfied with anything related to your order please feel free to contact us at any time.

Do you charge for extra revisions?

We treat revisions on case to case basis.

1-If the reason of the revision is caused by our artists not following the customer's instructions, the revisions will be done free of charge.

2-If the revision is caused by the picture or instruction provided by the customer being not very clear or the customer changing their mind about the pose or project scope, the revision will be charged based on the time required to draw it. per example, if the customer request us to draw a hat and then decided he does not want the hat we will charge for redrawing the hair.

To Avoid being charged for revisions make sure you send the best pictures you have with as much information as possible to make it very easy for our artist to produce your artwork

Where can I send you the pictures and instructions?

After you place the order, you can send us the pictures and instruction either via Etsy messages or by email to support@toonedup.gifts.

Do you print your product on items other than the ones listed in your store?

No, before we list an item in our store we test the product to make sure our artworks can be printed and will look nice on that particular product.

We don't produce any items without previously testing it and making sure our customers will like it.
